We are over the moon with the website Jem created for us. It speaks volumes about our group defining our services through design and layout. A pleasure to look at, user friendly and intuitive for the end user, and for us it is simple to update with fresh content. Throughout the consultation process Jem was a joy to work with, always there for discussion and guidance while bringing our ideas to life with his own inspiration. His experience in building websites is clear through his professionalism, speed and efficiency of delivery. He went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us change web host saving us money, guiding us through the whole process and being there in an after care role if we ever need him. Jem is an exceptional web designer and one of my favourite people to collaborate with, both in terms of web stuff and in terms of music making. He creates visually beautiful work, and I’ve been so pleased with both sites he’s designed for me. He gets the ‘feel’ of a project very quickly, and can translate that into an attractive, ‘tidy’ website with excellent functionality, whilst never losing the artistic message. Very importantly, Jem has the skills and patience to help people who are IT-challenged (like myself), teaching with the utmost tolerance for daft questions! Jaijiel Creative was brought into the challenging visit of the National Youth Orchestra of Iraq to the UK in 2012. Balancing complex stakeholder needs in an attractive design as cheaply as possible was just one job he carried out brilliantly. We collaborated on the setting up of parallel blogs in English, Kurdish and Arabic until the solution came through, again on time and on budget.
